Every major authoring tool
We work natively inside your authoring tool — no conversion, no quality loss.
Scope of Work
Every element localized
E-learning localization is more than translating text. We adapt every layer of your course for the target learner.
- UI text, menus, buttons, and navigation labels
- Slide text, captions, and on-screen annotations
- Audio narration — AI or human voice replacement
- Embedded video with subtitles or full dubbing
- Quiz questions, answer options, and feedback messages
- Branching scenario dialogue and decision prompts
- Interactive hotspots, drag-and-drop labels, and markers
- Software simulations and screen recordings re-captured with localized UI
- xAPI statements and verb definitions adapted per language
- Certificate, completion page, and course thumbnail text
- Accessibility: alt text, tab order, and WCAG contrast maintained
- Culturally inappropriate imagery flagged and replaced
- RTL layout adaptation (Arabic, Hebrew)
- CJK typography and character spacing (Chinese, Japanese, Korean)

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Which authoring tools do you support?
We work natively in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, iSpring, Elucidat, dominKnow, Gomo, Adapt, H5P, and more. You send the source files; you receive publish-ready localized files in the same tool.
Will the localized course still work in our LMS?
Yes. We repackage and validate every course against SCORM 1.2/2004 or xAPI in SCORM Cloud, and can test in your specific LMS (Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday, Docebo) before delivery.
What parts of the course do you localize?
Everything the learner sees or hears: slide text, narration (AI or human voice), embedded video and subtitles, quiz questions and feedback, images containing text, and the player interface itself.
How long does a typical module take?
A standard 20–30 minute module takes about 5–7 business days per language including QA. Large curricula are delivered in rolling batches so your first languages go live while the rest are in production.
How much does e-learning localization cost?
Text translation starts at $0.12 per word; complete module localization typically runs $250–$600 per module per language depending on interactivity and media. Volume pricing applies to curricula of 10+ modules.
