Process

How we localize your video

Source Review & Transcription

We review your video for audio quality, on-screen text, and graphic elements. If no transcript exists, we transcribe all spoken content and time-code every line to the video.

Translation & Adaptation

Native translators adapt spoken dialogue and on-screen text for timing, reading speed, and cultural appropriateness. Scripts for dubbing are rewritten to match the original lip movements where needed.

Multimedia Production

Subtitles are timed and formatted. On-screen graphics are rebuilt in the target language. Audio dubbing is recorded, mixed, and levelled to match the original soundtrack.

Native Speaker QA

A separate native-speaking reviewer watches the complete localized video and checks subtitle timing, text accuracy, audio sync, on-screen graphic quality, and overall watchability.

Delivery

We deliver the final video file(s) and all associated subtitle files. Platform-specific exports (YouTube, Vimeo, broadcast) available on request.

Subtitles or dubbing — which one do I need?

It depends on the market and content: corporate training and product demos usually warrant dubbing, while social and marketing clips often perform best with styled subtitles. We will recommend per target market — or deliver both from the same workflow.

Can you localize on-screen text and motion graphics?

Yes. We edit your original After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Motion project files and rebuild every text layer, lower third, and title card in the target language — keyframes, expressions, and timing preserved.

Which editing platforms do you work in?

Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder), Sony Vegas Pro and Sound Forge, and Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max for 3D content. You send project files; you receive project files.

Which subtitle formats do you deliver?
